We recently moved from Northern California (East Bay Area) back to SoCal. We met James at an open house while visiting family and house hunting back in June. James reached out to us about a week later and offered to help in our home search. There’s not enough words or time to say how incredible of an agent James is thorough, punctual, and really became our eyes and ears while we were transitioning back to SoCal. Choosing a Real Estate Agent was a challenge because I don’t have experience in this area. I went through a lengthy process to interview agents that would suit my needs to sell my house in Pomona as soon as possible. I hired James Laing because I felt he would be able to deliver what I wanted on time and without too many hassles for me.
James got things moving right away. He was so helpful and easy to work with and took the time to understand my unique situation – and adjusted strategies when needed. I had tenants in the house that I was having trouble dealing with. James was able to diffuse much of the tension and negotiate on my behalf a win-win scenario to move them out.
